Rates are in Euros and VAT inclusive. The registration fee includes:
- Admission to the plenary and scientific sessions
- Access to Exhibition Area
- Conference materials (e.g. program, pen drive of abstracts)
- Morning, afternoon refreshments and lunches
- Facility Tours
*Note: after 31st July 2019, fees are increased of 20%.

Cancellation policies
Cancellations must be received before August 15th, 2019. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the conference. Cancelled papers will not be published in the conference Proceedings. Cancellations are accepted according to the following rules:

Invitation letter for visa
Participants who need an invitation letter for their visa application are invited to request it to the Organizing SUPEHR’19 Secretariat in due advance, by emailing to supehr19@unige.it
Please send a copy of the passport relevant page (pdf or high-res jpg) together with the request, in order to prepare the invitation letter appropriately. After receiving the signed invitation letter, please check all the data.
