In order to submit the draft of your technical paper or extended abstract you should log in to Easychair as an author and you will find a table with all your abstracts.

By clicking on “View” you can see all the details of each submission and here you have to click on “Add file” at the top right of the page to proceed with the draft submission.

Extended abstract/Technical paper: 2^nd May 2019

Peer review: 3^rd June 2019

Final extended abstract/technical paper: 15^th July 2019

Final acceptance: 15^th July 2019

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

To submit an abstract, all authors must be registered.

The Author will receive an email with the login information in maximum 24 hours. After the registration, the author should login into the website and proceed with the abstract submission (more informations here). Please, refer to the PUBLICATION SCHEDULE for any details on submission deadline and reviewing process.

The short abstract must be a max 400 words concise summary of the research that will be presented at the conference. It should be organized so as to give a complete, yet concise, understanding of the research basic contents and findings.

All papers will be peer reviewed before being accepted for SUPEHR’19. The authors can choose between:

• An extended abstract (max 2 pages)

• A technical paper (max 6 pages)

If the authors agree, final extended abstracts and technical papers will be published open-access. The best selected papers will be recommended for publication in a more detailed version (8-9 pages) in a special issue of Applied Energy, Elsevier, ISSN: 0306-2619.

CALL FOR EXTENDED ABSTRACTS or TECHNICAL PAPERS
In preparing your draft, please note the following:
– Your draft must be a two-page extended abstract or at max 6 pages paper
– Your draft must be prepared in accordance with the template sample
– Your draft can include figures and tables.

COPYRIGHT CONDITIONS

All publication material submitted for presentation at the SUPEHR conference must be original and hence cannot be already published, nor can it be under review elsewhere. The Authors take responsibility for the material that has been submitted.
